These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this website and the provision of services by Nathalie Drewello (“I”, “me”, “my”) to clients (“you”, “your”).

By accessing this website or engaging my services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

I provide digital marketing and business support services for small businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Website design, maintenance, and WordPress support
  • Social media management and content creation
  • Marketing strategy and campaign support
  • Design of digital and print-ready marketing materials
  • Email marketing and blog content
  • General digital and marketing support

The specific scope of services will be agreed in writing before work begins, via email, proposal, or retainer agreement.

2. Working Relationship

I operate as an independent service provider. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

I provide professional advice and support; however, final business decisions and outcomes remain your responsibility.

3. Retainer Services

Many services are provided on a monthly retainer basis.

3.1 Nature of Retainers

  • Retainers provide ongoing access to my time, expertise, and support
  • They are not limited to a fixed list of tasks unless explicitly agreed
  • Work is prioritised according to the agreed scope and availability

3.2 Scope & Flexibility

  • Retainers are tailored to your business needs
  • Tasks and priorities may evolve over time
  • Support levels may be reviewed and adjusted by mutual agreement

Unused time or capacity does not roll over unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

  • All fees are agreed in advance
  • Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance
  • Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise stated

Late or missed payments may result in a temporary suspension of services

5. Cancellation & Termination (Retainers)

  • A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel a retainer
  • Notice must be provided by email
  • Services will continue during the notice period unless otherwise agreed

I reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of:

  • Non-payment
  • Abusive, unreasonable, or disrespectful behaviour
  • Repeated breach of these Terms

6. One-Off Projects

For one-off projects:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Final deliverables may be withheld until payment is received
  • Timelines depend on timely client feedback and content provision

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback
  • Supply required content, access credentials, and approvals promptly
  • Ensure you have the right to use any materials you provide

Delays caused by missing information or approvals may impact timelines.

8. Third-Party Services

I may use or recommend third-party platforms (e.g. hosting providers, email tools, advertising platforms).

I am not responsible for:

  • Downtime, errors, or changes caused by third-party providers
  • Fees charged directly by third parties

9. Marketing & Design Materials

Where print materials are involved:

  • I provide design and print-ready files only
  • Printing is arranged and paid for by the client
  • I am not responsible for print quality, colour variation, or printer errors

10. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you receive the right to use final deliverables for your business
  • Drafts, concepts, and unused materials remain my intellectual property
  • I reserve the right to display completed work in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed

11. Website Content & Use

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is owned by or licensed to me. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse content without written permission.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive or proprietary information shared during the course of work, unless disclosure is required by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

While reasonable care is taken in delivering services:

  • No specific business results (e.g. sales, rankings, follower growth) are guaranteed
  • My liability is limited to the value of fees paid for the relevant service

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Force Majeure

I am not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failures, or external disruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
